We work to keep listing information — including price, mileage, specifications, photos, and availability — accurate and current. However, listings are provided for general information only, may contain errors or omissions, and are subject to change or prior sale at any time. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell or a binding agreement. Before purchasing, you are responsible for independently verifying a vehicle’s condition, history, specifications, and price.

3. Messaging Terms (SMS/Calls/Email)

When you provide your phone number and opt in, you consent to receive calls and text (SMS) messages from AutoHarbor Exchange regarding vehicles you inquired about, appointment scheduling, and related follow-up.

• Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any text to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
• Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your messaging opt-in and consent data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Acceptable Use
